Is there a ticket office on site?
There will be no ticketing at the concert venues (no ticket office).
No onsite purchases or pickups will be possible on the day of the concert.
I would like to receive an invoice for my ticket purchase.
When purchasing your tickets on www.marseillejazz.com, you can check the box “I would like to receive an invoice”. If you have already ordered your tickets, please contact us via [email protected] with your email address and order number.
Can I exchange or get a refund for my tickets?
Tickets are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable except in case of cancellation by the organizer.
I can’t find my tickets / I lost my tickets.
Find your confirmation email and click on the “DOWNLOAD TICKETS” button.
If you can’t find your confirmation email: go to the festival’s ticketing page, select the evening by clicking on the BOOK button. The following message will appear: “Already ordered? Get your tickets by clicking here “. Then, you just have to enter the email with which you ordered and you will receive your tickets again.
I did not receive a confirmation email.

Can I have my ticket on my smartphone?
Yes, you can present your tickets on your smartphone at the entrance of the festival. For iPhone owners, you can download your ticket in Apple Wallet format from your order confirmation email.
Who has access to the reduced rate?
The conditions to have access to the reduced rate are the following (upon presentation of a valid document):
I am a European student,
I am a RSA beneficiary,
I am a job seeker,
I am a holder of the Mobility Inclusion Card,
I have a large family card,
I am a student or staff of INSEAMM,
I am an IMFP trainee,

Buying a JAZZ PASS:
What is a JAZZ PASS?
A JAZZ PASS allows you to attend several concerts at the festival at very attractive rates!
There are 2 JAZZ PASSES:
– 3-day PASS: choose 3 evenings* and create your own customised PASS / €90
– ALL JAZZ PASS : enjoy all the concerts* of the festival from 11 to 27 July 2023, i.e. 10 evenings / 250€.
*The evening of 13 July with Brad Mehldau and the evenings at Jazz Club 222 are excluded from the JAZZ PASS.
These prices do not include ticketing service fees.

How do I configure my customised 3-day JAZZ PASS?
Select the 3-day PASS on the TICKET page
> Once you have purchased the PASS, you will receive a unique member code by email.
> Go to the TICKETS page on the evening of your choice, select “Ticket via PASS“.
> On the next screen, enter the code you received and your contact details.
> Repeat the operation until you have chosen your 3 concert nights.
> You will receive a ticket by email for each seat chosen, to be printed and presented on the day of the concert.

Do I have to configure my ALL JAZZ PASS ?
The ALL JAZZ PASS does not need to be configured as there is no choice of evening. When you purchase the ALL JAZZ PASS you will receive a single “ALL JAZZ PASS” ticket to be presented every night* from 11 to 27 July 2023. *The evening of 13 July with Brad Mehldau and the evenings at Jazz Club 222 are excluded from the JAZZ PASS.

Does the festival have access for the disabled?
For the Gardens of the Palais Longchamp, the festival provides a specific access by the rise of the Observatory (Boulevard Cassini), with a drop-off by car and a care by our teams to help with the installation.
For the Théâtre Silvain, access for people with reduced mobility can be done through the main entrance (gentle slope).
Does the festival have a PRM platform?
The sites are equipped with a reserved area with visibility and seating. Animals accompanying blind or visually impaired spectators are accepted on all festival sites.

Is there a locker on the festival sites?
The festival provides a free deposit box. Please deposit the following objects there: small cutting objects (knife, cutter, scissors, etc.), motorcycle helmets, all types of seats (deck chairs, tripods, etc.), umbrellas, professional cameras, cameras, glass objects.

The festival sites are not equipped with cash machines.

No. All exits from the festival are final.

Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed on the festival, except for animals accompanying the visually impaired.
What time does the festival open? And is there a closing time?
The doors open 1 hour before the beginning of the concerts.
After that, the organizer reserves the right to refuse entry after half of the concert (when there is only one concert) and after the beginning of the 2nd concert (when there are two concerts).
